ONE EASY BUT DELICIOUS ROMAN RECIPE: "CICORIA RIPASSATA"....VALENTINA LOVES THAT ROMAN DISHES

ingredients

1kg chicory, 1 hot chilli without seeds, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons oil, salt.

making it

Clean and wash the chicory in several changes of water.
Cook it in plenty of slightly salted water for about 45mins.
Drain and squeeze it.
In a frying pan pour the oil and saute the cloves of garlic, the chilli pepper and the chicory adding a pinch of salt.
