1kg chicory, 1 hot chilli without seeds, 2 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons oil, salt.making it
Clean and wash the chicory in several changes of water.Cook it in plenty of slightly salted water for about 45mins.
Drain and squeeze it.
In a frying pan pour the oil and saute the cloves of garlic, the chilli pepper and the chicory adding a pinch of salt.
